A processing fee of $0.90/pound will be paid separately to the processor and not included in the cost of your beef. Delivery to metro-Detroit can be arranged for an additional fee.
Once the animal has been processed, Strieter Hay Farms will contact you and send an invoice for the remaining balance due. This is due prior to you securing the beef.

Because beef is a perishable, custom-processed product, all sales are final ONCE processing has begun. The $500 deposit is refundable until the processing date that is provided to you. After that, all deposits are non-refundable.
