The processing facility will contact you regarding your cut and packaging preferences.
 
A processing fee of $0.90/pound will be paid separately to the processor and not included in the cost of your beef. 
 
Once the animal has been processed, Strieter Hay Farms will contact you and send an invoice for the remaining balance due.
